Information we do not collect
We do not request or knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers, payment card numbers, or health information through our websites. If a financing application is part of your purchase, that application is handled by a separate lender under that lender's own privacy policy.

If you provide your mobile number, LivSmart may send you text messages about your consultation, your appointment, and your project.
- Message frequency varies. You may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and occasional service or promotional messages.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to all messages.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Your mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with any third party for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not share your mobile opt-in with any third party for purposes unrelated to delivering the messages you asked for.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on our websites.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our sites, including pages visited, time on site, and device and browser type.
Advertising. We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to show ads to people who have visited our sites or who resemble our customers. When you submit a form, we may send Meta a version of your email address and phone number that has been converted into an irreversible code (a cryptographic hash) so that Meta can measure whether its advertising worked. Meta receives this information as a service provider for advertising measurement and audience purposes.
Third-party tracking across sites. Third parties, including Google and Meta, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our sites. We do not control that collection.
Your choices. You can disable or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and you can adjust Meta's advertising settings inside your Facebook or Instagram account. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of our sites function.
Do Not Track. Our websites do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Mobile opt-in data is excluded from all of this. As stated in Section 3, we never share it for third-party marketing.
6. Data Retention
